
Counterbalance Forklift License Mesa - Forklifts, when operated by completely trained employees, are a major advantage to companies. We provide a comprehensive training program covering all parts of operating a powered lift machine. Counterbalance forklift training provides forklift operators with the understanding and practical skills needed to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. The program offers a combination of classroom theory, participant observation and hands-on training in a warehouse-type setting. Training could be customized and/or on site.
The course covers the fundamentals of powered lift trucks, like for example regulations and rules, components, load centres and factors affecting stability. General operating procedures are taught, like circle check, startup, shutdown, forward/reverse on level ground, and operating around other individuals. Load handling subject matters comprise selection of loads, load pickup and placements, loading and off-loading trailers and load security and integrity. Participants would learn operational maintenance procedures, like for instance recharging and refueling. Safety concerns in the workplace will be talked about. Individuals participating would learn about the environmental conditions affecting the performance of the lift truck and be able to recognize possible dangers. Advanced training on propane handling can be incorporated.

This course is for anybody entering the work force as a forklift operator. Successful students must finish the program and pass a series of written and practical exams. Subject matter comprises: general operating procedures; fundamentals of powered lift trucks; load handling; operational maintenance; basic regulations and rules, workplace safety.
